shortly Posted March 17, 2016 How many clones do you have WB? Many are self sterile. Not all, but many are. I have a couple of self fertile ones if you would like me to toss some cuts your way? They are getting a bit unruly & need a bit of a tidy up before the girls have a go at me to do it anyways.
Amazonian Posted March 17, 2016 Looks like something you'd find in a glasshouse at Hogwarts (Harry Potter) . Lol. Any scent yet waterboy?
waterboy 2.0 Posted March 17, 2016 (edited) This is the only one/type I have, as far as I know its not "elite" or anything. Its not growing in the little pot if anyone is thinking so, its just a limb growing over the pot It was a sort of accidental plant for me, but in the end I really like the shape/aesthetics of the plant, and now pretty impressed flower wise. If it fruits for me I will guard it well. I dunno if self fertile or not, fingers crosssed on this one Shortly. I cannot even remember where I sourced it from. I think Its from a few small cuttings that were put in with some trich cuts a while back. Someone my see this and recall back. No scent I am aware of yet Amz, I think it may be a day or two before fully opening I'll check again later today. That said the flower has grown out with explosive speed compared to what I usually see on cacti. 2 days ago it formed the start of the tiny flower bud, I was "...thats a bit different", lol...then ah OK flower time. Yes please Shortly I'll PM ya mate. Would be good to have something about known self-fertile. Edited March 17, 2016 by waterboy 2.
