Sadly, it never really lasted and my mood seemed to oscillate: it felt like whatever goes up must come down; a false messiah. So I stopped bothering. Recently though (as recent as a week ago) I purchased some 'time-release' 5-HTP and call it placebo or coincidence but my anxiety has dissipated and my level of concentration improved - virtually overnight. I'll try and add in some green tea for even better results.
