Doesn't capture the blue coloured hue on the small hard spines It can as a graft stock with an azekium that died. It is pretty gonna grow it out if it's not a hardcore pest

I've read that some of the other Harrisia species are pesty, but I think this kind wasn't too bad - doesn't seem to be on any of the weed lists. I was growing some as grafting stock but now can't bring myself to chop them up - love those black spines, gorgeous. The weedy kinds don't look nearly as cool.

pollen donor was T arboricola & fer sure seeds will become available if they reach maturity
