Is this Solanum torvum?

So I've recently bought some Solanum torvum seeds to use for grafting stock...but it's going to take a while before they get big enough!

I found this plant on the roadside today that looked like the pics/descriptions I've seen for Solanum torvum and was wondering if anybody can confirm the ID? I'm thinking I might just try and take a few cuttings from this one (if it is) to speed up the process...
