obtuse Posted August 14, 2014 I would suggest, unless other american members can help, looking around local rare plant nurseries, or contact your local brugmansia groups.
MrDoRight Posted August 14, 2014 I appreciate your imput and will continue my search through as many sources possible , Although I've personally never been to these nurseries I've had friends from 2 separate states check for the Iochroma at their sacred plant nurseries & brugmansia specialty shops and neither place in Southern California , nor Texas carried the Iochroma. obtuse Posted August 14, 2014 I dont believe you would find them in sacred plant nurseries, as they aren't normally considered an ethnobotanical in the same sense as say brugmansia or daturas. here in australia i have seen them growing in many botanical gardens and peoples yards, so i would have thought they would be equally common in the states. im suggesting normal horticultural routes to source plants. a quick google search brings up: http://www.kartuz.com/ in southern california, and http://www.caldwellhort.com/html/collector3.html in texas. i dont know where you are so cant help any further. try google. best of luck
