Zonad
@Dozer yeah tiny. Kind of look like marasmius sp. or maybe cruentomycena viscidocruenta? I have no idea really.

-RC-
Cubes in full effect and the squelch is at about 95%. Pans still around but I reckon they're on the decline now.

-RC-
Look like pan cyans to me Black spore print + blue staining would be the deal sealer though.

-RC-
Looks like a soggy cube, but I'd need a look at the gills and stem for the veil remnant, and for the purple spores.
Dozer
Yeah bunch of wet cubes. Spores were purple. Couldn't get any good photos. Pans are absolutely everywhere, I will be taking a whole bunch of photos when I'm out tomorrow. Edited February 13, 2020 by Dozer
Pedro99
Went looking this arv in the same spot I found bulk pans and there was nothing. Not a single active anywhere. I think I may have stumbled onto somebody else's spot.

Zonad
Was the sun around the great south east today good for growth or not? Either way I’m going on an adventure tomorrow morning
Louza8
How'd people go today? Saw a couple of cubes and I think couple of pans but not much about. Lot of effort driving and not much reward, oh well. I try to avoid any direct line of site from the road or farm houses to avoid being seen and this very much limits my spot selection, how do you guys manage on that front? Dozer
Pans were going nuts the last two days, today mainly cubes and some dried pans, hot and dry after the rain
Zonad
Yeah saw a bunch of cubes and a handful of pans. Happy hunting! Edited February 16, 2020 by Zonad
-RC-
^ Trespassing is against the law. I would advise against it, and, even more to the point, I wouldn't announce that I have intention to do so here. That said I saw a few cubes today. Need a bit more rain though, and it looks like the end of the week shall provide!

FrogD0G
Greetings Earthlings, This is my first post as i've only just discovered these forums. Im originally from SouthWest WA and am experienced hunting P. Subaeruginosa but not familiar with active species on the Gold Coast. I found these just south of the border and wanted to share and to double check the id as P. Cubensis. The blue stains gave me comfort but always best to confirm. Also, are these ok to make a tea or are they easy to eat whole? Cheers psychonauts
-RC-
Looks like a bunch of cubes to me mate. Some people do the tea thing (not a bad idea for something that grows out of cow shit to zap anything, just below boiling temp) but many do eat them whole. Some may experience cramps or tummy stuff, which many believe has to do with the chitin. Not that anyone is consuming illicit mushrooms around here or anything, or admitting to anything of the sort either
