Torsten Posted August 16, 2002 You better find out which act you are talking about. Appendix B in the SUSDP is 'intentionally blank'. But then there are also the appendices in the state acts etc and probably the federal act (the latter I don't have). From the title/content you mention I would be VERY interested in this too. if you find the act, let me know cos I will be at a government bookshop (both state and federal) on monday. Best to SMS me with the details.
Guest Thelema Posted August 16, 2002 did you ever find out if SD was in the customs schedule?
Guest Thelema Posted August 20, 2002 REV, i tried to look the other day in a law library, but to no avail. maybe if you could tell me where you have found a reference to an "appendix B" i could do better. none of the reprinted acts since 1985 have an appendix B, so I wonder where you got the idea that one exists. Torsten Posted August 25, 2002 doesn't appear to be in customs schedule as at June 2002. However customs has stated that they will not allow entry on the basis that it is scheduled in ever state. In another thread i explained how customs doesn't actually make decisions on matters of 'community protection' where plants, (possible)drugs and therapeutics are concerned... these decisions are referred by customs to our competent friends the TGA.
