herbal antibiotics/sinusitis

Recommended Posts

have had good results with neem leaf tea,a quater tea spoon per cup, twice a day.

paid $10 for 200 doses,as i had read aust neem was not suitable, can anyone comment on this,ed?

was also pleased with olive leaf extract for the same purpose.

both are said to be antiviral and antibacterial.

i had no side effects from either.

I'm a big fan of Propolis for systemic infection- try raw manuka honey. Chilli, garlic and horseradish are also good.

cheers

my wife makes triple concentrate (three 'sinterings') in 500ml bottles. it's quite metallic to taste and better mixed with water.

check for brands that have a guaranteed minimum rather than an average. The compare for the largest amount. Take much more than the recommended dose - like 2x or 10x, depending on what the problem is. Sinus and tear canal stuff is pretty stubborn and needs more than say a sore throat.

Dunno the brand, but mine has a silver label with blue writing.

If it were me id make a tisane in saline water from astringent and antibacterial herbs

Baikal scullcap and cinnamon come tio mind

and snort it

It hurts but i swear theres nothing better to really clean out the sinus cavities than saline water.

Actually i first read it on these forums i think..

haha reminds me of Piers' tobacco experience
