id of unknowns pls

Question

Hi all.

I was hoping to get a few id's. Thanks in advance.

#1 found at bunnings. Labelled trichocereus and peruvian torch. Desert gems label.

#2 & #3 were given to me as a gift which broke and cuttings were taken.

#4 & #5 I found at work and obtained permission to take cutting. I am assuming pc :(

This is my first post on my first forum, thanks for having me!

I wouldnt say they are pc. The ones that I have are pc and have small grey and honey yellow spines. Then I have another pc with bigger areole and just str8 gray white spines. So I really dont know what pc looks like. I see the v notch on yours. Someone told me that pc has a certain looking spines I think they point upwards. And I guess huancabamba and others have downward pointing spines. But according to some dude he told me that all pc havve thease upward pointing spines

Pc predominant cultivar. It is said That pc isnt the cactus described by br and r. And that the pc is actually a clone of unknown orgin it isnt the bacmberg clon3 either because the backberg clone is closer to what brit and rose discribed.

The photograph of the cactus I came across at work I believed to be pc because many internet pc images looked similar to my specimen. Having said that there are too images suggesting it may be bonafide t. Pachanoi... I'll get some better resolution photos up of the spines later, but I guess I cannot know for certain until it flowers. I did see the mother plants flower but only from a distance.

Regarding the cactus I found at bunnings, I believe this could be t.peruvianus because it looks so similar to a skinny tip of another known t.peruvianus. however not so much like a healthier (fatter) looking samples I have of the same species... I guess there are so many variables, making id's in this manner difficult.

The cactus I obtained from a friend I believe is t. Panchanoi, not sure why really, just always got that vibe...

Thanks all for the input so far, as I mentioned a couple close ups to come...

Thanks all for your input. It does seem my suspicions have been confirmed about that third plant..

The mother plant was enormous and quite attractive. I hope I get to see some flowers soon from my cuttings.

Peace!
