steveoi812
just seen these bad boys the other day on the FB group, and the first thing I thought when I seen it was NITROGEN...bad to the ass brother...these have to be my favorite plants that have come out of his crosses..PERIOD.....I was gifted all of nitrogens crosses back in the day at the nook by nitrogen himself..some fucking horrible human being stole them all out of the fridge when I was living with a room mate...i was showing them all off to people who would come over (like they even knew the significance of what they were looking at anyways lol) and to this day, I think about what was lost, every single day I think about those seeds and how Ill never have the chance...and it kills my soul when I come to this thread and see the awesomeness that could have been, but in a weird way, my soul still smiles knowing that while ill never have them for myself...at least I can still gaze up their beauty...keep us updated from time to time with pics of this one brother...shes my favorite = ) Edited January 25, 2018 by steveoi812

Jackdaripper
Kimda hard to see em in there. These guys just got a much MUCH needed up pot after a few years of neglect. Nitro 2012 in the flats. N1xtpqc graft. I know i said i wouldnt post pics of my mature plants until spring but this psycho0xN1 is always so stunning, and the N1 (mostly that pup at the bottom) never really went into dormancy.

Jackdaripper
At the end of this season there will be a ton of grafts available for trade to collectors in the states. Or anyone that thinks a package will make it through customs.
Jackdaripper
hey zelly, i was just wondering if you thought mallachts Psycho0xN1 (on ebay) was fishy at all. i grew them from seed and still have 17 in my collection, some things dont seem right. the first red flag was its girth. i wrote that off because im well aware of the powers of grafting. the second red flag was the spinage. like i said above i have grown alot of plants from this seed batch and in 5 different locations in 2 different towns in everything from indoors to full sun. red flag number 3 was that the cut is mislabeled (N1xPsycho0) in one of the pictures on his ebay post. with these points in consideration a few days ago i private messaged tyler and he is giving me some really sketchy attempts on verifying authenticity. now im not saying the guy is a liar but i am saying its possible that he got ripped off when purchasing his cut. i was wondering if you could go check it out if you havent seen it already and give an opinion thanks, JDR
zelly
I dont follow who's selling what on ebay & my only dealings with tyler have been less than positive. I've never met the guy (lives locally) & my only interaction with him was shortly after i joined fb i got a friend request from him which i ignored (i ignore 99.9% of all friend requests as a general habit). well not long after i noticed he was blocking me on fb.... back to more on topic of nitrogen's connoisseur's hybrids......last summer nitro stopped by, bringing 3 milk crates full of grafted seedlings in very poor neglected condition......a staggering number of crests, monstrous and normal looking Nitro hybrids......I potted all up in 1 gallon pots so they could recover and only recently repotted, burying the pereskiopsis rootstocks so the plants could begin growing their own roots. first pic is Psycho0 x N1 on the left N1 x Psycho0 on the right & nitrogen's hand writing on the labels! other pics show some of his crests/monstrous plants

Jackdaripper
The story of the M 1-4 is a sad sad story. I recieved all of these seedlings from a nooker that had to give up his cacti collecting days. When i recieved them they were over 2 years old and extremely neglected they didnt look much older than a few months. They were germinated in sand from a hardware store. Planted in 2-6 packs. 4 of the cells had lost their labels so when i re planted i labeled them 1-4. The only genetics that arnt accounted for are tpm x (ss02xpachanoi) (sso2xpachanoi) x tpm Tpc x juules & (ss02xpachanoi) Ive attempted to contact my friend to see if he ever even germinated those genetics but havent heard back from him and even if i do its now likely impossible to know whats what. This is quite sad because 2 of the highest mutation rates were in m1 and m4 So thats my not very interesting and very unfortunet story of the m
Jackdaripper
One thing is for sure though..... he didnt reglect his psycho0xN1 seedlings. These are my 2 favorite of the 17 that that ive kept
Jackdaripper
Here are a few more psycho0xN1 that i have in my rooting bed. They were all around 20 inches. I tipped and stumped them for further propagation so i could spread the love. In 3 weeks these things will be intoxicating to look at. i just got done talking with a mutual friend/collector of the original owner of the plants. the psycho0xN1 were germinated almost immediately after receiving them. the rest of the beans were germinated a little over 3 years ago Edited February 22, 2018 by Jackdaripper had more information but didnt want to make a post without pictures
