I like when people say hello in their first post. This surely is not a part of our rules but its a question of manners. Apart from the fact that the pic looks like you´d be preparing a salad, it would help you to get better replies.

That being said, i share the opinion of fluss. Too bad of a picture. But i dont think this is a San Pedro. Rather a Cereus of some kind.

My call would actually be that it's a dehydrated pachanoi, though I don't think anyone can be sure without a better pic. Welcome to the forums drumthumper :)

From my limited experience, I would say no. In my experience, a dehydrated pachanoi (PC) still has rounded edges of the ribs, not the sharply defined lines that this one seems to have.

That is, a rib in cross section would not be V-shaped.

But again, I am no expert.
