The depot is 20mins from me. However it's just the basic tank we would have to find extra equipment for regulating the calibration of said scientific equipment.If anyone can help finding such regulatory equipment please pm me. Don't you need a permit for med grade seeing as it's schedule 4?As long as you keep the cylinder upright you can fill balloons straight from the Valve.
