Trichocereus?

Question

Hey all,

I noticed this in my backyard today and thought I'd get an ID on it. From what I can tell it's possible for it to be Trichocereus Pachanoi but it's my first attempt at identifying cacti so I might be real off. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

sorry mate I dont think this is a Trichocereus it looks to me to be a plain old Cereus

Yeah it's a definite Cereus. Nice specimen though, gorgeous green. I'm guessing your coastal for it to be that colour.

Yeah it was the striking green colour that caught my eye in the first place :D Yeah I am on the coast.
