Add to that the reverse tolerance of lotus (where the more you use it, the less you need) and it's anyones guess. I could give you an anwer, but it would be wrong for you. For such a small price, just take a punt if youre interested. If it does nothing, well you havent blown much cash. Cant reveal the "secret" but haha its all over google, different ways.. I prefered the alcohol bath over several days then so on and so forth.. using 1kg of mixed damiana/blue lotus flower and .. yeah hahah, see if you like and well talk further about recipes.
