I was gonna call my cat AnusBeard but my housemates at the time didn't think it was a good idea, so instead he's called Trip.

My last cat's name was AnnYong.

I like the names Fish and Frog for cats too.

Ideally when naming an animal the name should have two syllables, apparently it's easier for them to recognise their own name that way.

i particularly liked etherealdrifter's suggestion of Tuffy MacFuffpants, but i am also a big fan of stereotypical human names for cats.

i called my cat tea bag originally, then it morphed into many other imaginative nicknames.

i think he/she looks like a Zeusy Poosey, maybe just Poosey if shes a she lol

^^^ Hah yeah I called my cat Ugly (because she's adorable), but I never call her that. She just gets all kinds of nicknames; puddy, woody, moody, midge, minge...

Also, my parents have a (big boofy mountain purebred) cattle dog called Zeus.
