Going to have a look around for a spot in a state recreation area( southern highlands) sometime soon(this w/e?), maybe a bit south for some I suppose? Horus Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 We usually start a new thread for winter camp....dont we ???My GF and I have just bought the best private camping ground ever,fully seriously magic,In the lower Hunter, totally off the radar and grid.Great bushwalks, amazing natural beauty, and cool as caves.so happy to start an annual camp tradition there,Some time of year when we can still have bonfires and burn off the dead black wattle.A chainsawing festival might be the go.
