0 chilli Posted September 7, 2007 Will hopefully be getting all my cuts in the ground eventually EG. Sorry for the rabbit trail, but on this note does anyone know if when planting Trichs outside it is bad to transplant them a couple of times? Hm, what I'm trying to ask is would it be better to leave them in smallish pots without disturbance, or plant them out in the ground and then possibly uproot them and replant them later? How long do they take to resume growth, and will it be impeded so much that it is better to just leave them in pots? Well, I have said it three different ways so hopefully someone gets my gist. 0 PD. Posted September 7, 2007 I have done one large tranplant IB, dug up and replanted in ground again. Was done just before winter set in although it was prolly one of the driest winters on record lol. The big pach did fine with no signs of ill effect whatsoever and resued growing the next spring. Hopefully once mine are in the ground that is where they will stay for good.
0 gerbil Posted September 8, 2007 Nice one PD. I love the glaucous blooms and the patterns within. They look very pach(oid)/bridge(oid)/mac(oid) to me. LOL. A nice mixture all rolled into one, very confusing. How were the mother plants, large and mature?
0 PD. Posted September 8, 2007 The mother plants arent massive gerbil but large enuff for a few cuts. All the plants in the collection I got them from are beautiful at the moment, full of water and booming and guess who forgot the camera. The super pedro pups look like footballs atm. :D gotta get bak there asap for some pics before the heat and dry set in.
