Just a wild guess but Opuntia cylindrica or maybe austrocylindrica.

Do they have spines or glochids?

The only cylindrica I have is cristata & I havent seen 1 in the flesh.

An image of a couple of things.

Yours is probably something different but related its for sure some sort of Cylindropuntia/Australicylindropuntia species.

These two frequently get mislabelled as each other. Flowers and fruit can easily tell them apart.

The subulata is commonly available in horticulture as a nicely crested version.
