Wow Shroomy, they are some fantastic photos! :worship: Love the subs in that first pic - just stunning and some of the most perfect caps I've seen yet! Was there much fungal activity in your area, or was this about it? I think its forecasted for rain in these parts for the next day or two, so here's hoping I'm able to head out and sus the ACT :)

its been real dry ace... there is a bit around, being temp rainforest in tas. but if we get a few days good rain, it should really take off. Yeah, the green ones are fasinating sphinx...

i saw a couple little green ones i still have low res photo on my phone but the stems were greener

and if the 5th and the second last of your second bunch are the same type i see heaps of em

they look like dirty potatoes

but not on the inside

Beautiful pics dude. I love that first sub one. And the third picture is just gorgeous.

Hi Shroomytoonos, The ones on the third pic seem to be mycena. I´ll have another look on the Rest later. Today It´s Fathersday and i have a whole lot to celebrate ;-)

yeah, if u look close u may see some bluing (maybe not well highlighted... but u can imagine) in the stems apoth.... also, under the cap of the higher shroom... at first glance, it looks like it is casting a shadow onto shroom underneath... but it is actually purple spores which have dropped onto cap below.

Fantastic finds Xipe.

Apologies if this comes across as hijacking your thread, the name just seemed appropriate to upload the images.

I came across these guys in my strawberry patch today, I'm tossing up between Laccareia amethystina and Clitocybe nuda, however I should be able to tell when the spore print is done. The scent of it is really remarkable, there's a strong orangey-citrus smell to it.
