DuG Posted September 12, 2007 Here's 2 more metyhods of treating the honey, well one but two schedules paturisation, 2mins @80'C or 30 @ 60'C. Personally I would go for the 60'C method that way you won't loose all the volitiles from the honey. Also try mixing your honeys. Clover honey is a very subtle honey, leatherwood, (from tasmania) is a potently flovoured honey. Leatherwood works very well in honey porters.
