Pretty picture of very tall cactus

Thought all you cactus heads might get a kick out of this.

I ride past this awesome sight everyday and had to share it.....

Jeebers! I have finally seen a cactus that looks dunk! :lol:

That thing seriously needs a good chop to help it branch :unsure:

Appears to be a cereus - anyone confirm that? It usually branches rather madly, but this one is almost branchless :blink:

What makes you think trich? Its very hard to tell from that pic, but the shape of the flowers and the sections between new and old growth look very cereus peruvianus to me. Not to mention the ribs.

Are you sure?

Either way - definately request a cut - you will catch the cacti bug soon enough :wink: Before you know it, you'll want one of everything!

p.s. Mind you, you'd probably need a ladder to get one of the little branches!

the hardening off of the main stem and shape color or pups

but not 100% sure just a feeling in the tummy :wink:
