A day at the nursery

Question

A new nursery opened near me today so I went for a visit, but a lot of their plants didn't have names with them, so I'm turning to these forums for their invaluable help

I'm pretty sure this is a Gasteria, although the pics I've seen show it a lot larger than this.

I've seen this around a lot, but I still don't know what it is and now I've got one I'd like to know :) It's got little dark orange/reddish flowers coming off the....I've just gone blank for the word. The stretchy bits. Maybe someone can help me with that word...

And I got it all for $9 so I'm happy with that. This is my first encounter with all of these so if anyone experienced wants to offer tips on caring for them that would be much appreciated. Thanks heaps

Anyone know what the cactus in 7 is? That's really all I want to know now.

Haworthias have transparent windows on the top surface of their leaves. I think 6 is a Sempervivum because I can't see these windows. It may also be an Echeveria. I'm not too good at distinguishing between these two.

I think 7 might be a Gymnocalycium but it's a bit young to tell.

Any pics that show what you mean by this?

Echeveria, Sempervivum, Haworthia, I can't figure it out. I'll just be content in the fact that it might be one of them.

Pic 7. is almost certainly a gymno - I've got one just like it, though its a little sunburned...

They are a pretty common variety, perticularly in bunnings and other big-chain sellers
