I thought that a williamsii would produce small spines when grafted. Very minute fine spines that u can feel if u run ur finger over it....

Or do i have a jourdania two?

Hi Jeffery,

from what i know, only jourdania has these fine spines. I don´t think that these spines have something to do with grafting.

This Loph resembles my Jourdanias pretty much. bye EG

lol well it was supposedly just "generic" L. diffusa. However, it really doesn't resemble any of the other plants that grew from the same seeds. Not just all of the pups, but the tubercles seem to be shaped differently.

E.G. I'm pretty sure the tufts are soft on this one, and not spiny. I'll check to make sure.
