Some T. scopulicola forms

Recommended Posts

One of my scorps looks different to all of those it's very dark green in shade and sun slow growing. The old growth envelops the short spines you can still just see them but they sink in bellow the skin so it's pretty much spineless :) i wonder how many forms there are?

there are said to be two forms, one is the classic form and the other is said to have longer spines, it gets called long spine scop by some

an early expert allied scop to a form/species called crassicostatus that also is said to have longer spines but that form appears to be absent from horticulture unless it is around under a different name
