I found these in some dead leaves in a big reserve... any idea what they are?

I tried to take a spore print, but the only open heads looked like they'd already lost most of their spores.

I dont know much at all about NZ fungi and its always hard to id from a photo, but it may be a member of the Cortinarius family.

Don't know the I.D.

But I think I can safely say they are not active! Gills look the wrong colour, I feel a spore print would reveal this also.
