Erowid just posted an article on their Facebook page talking about a California researcher discovering CBD in a variety of Hops (kriya humulus) https://www.westword.com/marijuana/cbd-derived-from-the-hop-plant-not-cannabis-now-offered-by-peak-health-foundation-10578719

This little fellow has spines like no other hybrid seedling I have grown. It is truly one of a kind in that regard. The picture does not do it justice. Thick spines are to die for. I can't wait to see how this little Zelly hybrid progresses.- 2 comments

If there is a hybrid of e.g. a Trichocereus from mother x father plants, does the resulting hybrid derive its physical/biochemical characteristics primarily from the mother or father, equally from both, or from one or the other depending on what the parent plants are? Is there a rule of thumb governing this? Thanks in advance for help on this basic Q!

Interspecific hybrid seed soon to be available. Mother is an intraspecific Datura metel hybrid with purple outer skirt and yellow inner skirt. Father is a wild collected Datura wrightii collected from the Mojave desert. Seed is available for trade for Trichocereus pachanoi seed, pollen, or SASE for first 4 people to reply. I like to have SASE prior to seed maturing fully as I like to send out seeds the day the pod opens and not the day after. I can't be seen sending out old seed after all.

Just another update on Trichocereus Peru2 x validus hybridized by Zelly. As you can see, she has a nice pup coming along at her base.- 2 comments

Here we have (SS02 x SS01) mom x (red grandi) dad courtesy again of Zelly. Stock plant is Trichocereus pachanoi. I am hoping to get some nice flowers on these crosses asap. If these hybrids act like some of Zelly's other hybrids I suspect I will have flowers within 2 years on some of these and that is when the fun really begins. Again, I'm a little excited as these little seedlings represent a wonderful new direction of possibilities that I fully intend to explore.- 7 comments

Hybrid seed of Datura metel (mom purple outer skirt/yellow inner skirt) x Datura wrightii (dad light lavender). Datura wrightii seed collected from Mojave desert. Seed is in the process of maturing. I didn't quite no where to post this as i will accept SASE otherwise known as Self Addressed Stamped Envelope, Donation, or trade for seeds once mature. Seed takes 60 days to mature once crossed. Items of interest for trade are Trichocereus pachanoi pollen, seed, etc. If you have nothing to trade and no money please just send SASE and I will get seed out to you. I know some people can't afford plants/seeds, etc. so this is a good way to get them if you honestly can't spare a dollar or have nothing to trade. Please do not tell me if you are sending cash or haggle with me over cost. It is what you think the cross is worth and what you can afford. I will not turn anyone down save if I think I will not have enough seed to fill the order. I only take orders after pods have secured themselves and are past the point of dropping prematurely as often happens with such crosses the way I make them. I pollinate long before the anthers ripen and long before the flower opens or comes out of the calyx on its own. I then try to pollinate again as pistil matures. Hit me up with an instant message if you are interested.
