I might have another photo of the saguro, have a bunch on my comp. Will upload if I find one.
Also I've re-uploaded a few other shots of mikes garden over the top of other photos in this folder. I couldn't figure out how to delete the ones I wanted to, so that was the next best thing.

Hardy plants those casuarinas & an amazing shot, you should start selling prints.

Nice monstrose form on the bridgesii. I mistook it for a Myrtillocactus when I first noticed the small pic on the main page.

Awesome growth man, I've recently filled up a big planter box with PC Pach at my mates place, hopefully they'll be looking as healthy as yours in two years time

Yeah balingup should be schweeet, such a scenic location
ooops, cheers for the heads up myco, I copied the text from the facebook event & just presumed it was right.

Cheers man, yeah I'm pretty stoked it's taken so well, can't wait for it to grow in to a mini cactus tree with hundreds of loph heads for foliage

not these ones (not enough tension) which is exactly why it didn't take.
On a previous graft I used rubber bands with allot more tension & spread the pressure out using a square of credit card plastic. It was successful, but squished the loph pretty flat (why I'm experimenting with less pressure) This said, the previous graft popped back up pretty quickly & is growing like crazy now.
I've since re-grafted this button & gone back to the credit card patch with medium pressure.
Cheers for the GladWrap suggestion, hadn't thought of using that, might try it out on my next graft

How did you get this? I tried to buy one a while ago, from Japan I think, but I couldn't import it because apparently M. Geometrisans is a prohibited weed...
I stumbled upon it in an ebay auction about a year ago. After trying to find one for some time prior, I made sure I was the top bidder
