    Knuthianus

I recently scored some cuts off here and I must say they've always looked nice in the pictures but seeing them in person, wow! Definitely one of my favorite looking columns, hands down!! Mine are definitely along the lines of the longer spined variant in the original post.
  3. Newtown, Enmore, Marrickville and that general area is the place to be frank. Pretty alternative like newtown and the houses are pretty well priced for the location and size of house you can find. I've been living in Marrickville for about 4 years and absolutely love it!

    Just had this fitted

Well I went to the orthodontist as my teeth aren't really functional, they don't meet at the front at all, only one side of mouth has contact on my back teeth which cause my jaw to click and has caused very early signs of arthritis in my jaw joint on the side taking all the pressure and they don't look all that good I was thinking bracers would fix it all but due to my age and my face no longer growing making any changes to jaw structure (which I need to widen the roof of my mouth) has been done through an operation. Sucks big time There are some unintended pros to the operation though, due to the increase in size of my palette my surgeon reckons once all done the volume of my airway could increase by up to 30% significantly improving my breathing (which is fine as is) Bracers are fairly easy these days, most of the time 12 months is all thats required and the new bracers are made in such a way that once they are put on they don't need to be tightened or removed until the end of the process (at least from what I've learned by reading into them)
  5. Finally got around to buying some rocks to add to the tops of the pots, ended up going with scoria but am wondering what everyone else is using? Gave a lot of the trichs a good dose of blood and bone too and now they all look nice a pretty with their new rocks. How do I know when the fruit on the melocactus is ripe?
  6. Not 100% sure but it looks pretty peruvanoid to me.

Is Kai same clone as Bruce?

Here's some pictures of a cutting of bruce gifted to me from a generous member here showing some nice new growth. I don't own a Kai (yet!) so can't comment on whether its similar to bruce but hopefully these photos can help you out a bit.

    Rainbow Serpent festival

Oh yeah, just re-read your post my bad, a decision well made then!!! You definitely won't regret it but well prepared for a long and awesome weekend. (when I say prepared I mean sturdy tent/shade structure as its bloody hot with little shade and there always seems to be 1 arvo/night period of cyclone style winds that destroyed my entire camp first year round on the first evening. Really not good times/timing with that happening just on dark just as the stages start up and just as my vision was starting to become seriously distorted (for the purpose of doing something constructing/problem solving)

    Rainbow Serpent festival

I assume you don't get to a lot of doofs Psylo but if all the above are things you value/enjoy in a festival/party/camping weekend experience (as I do) than your going to love doofing!!!

    Rainbow Serpent festival

I've been to rainbow and its definitely worth checking out! Psylo - Rainbow probably has the lowest ratio of dicks/cops and security to good mannered, good fun partying peoples around, its a seriously wicked and fun festival!! Super chilled in certain aspects as there's heaps and heaps of space and multiple stages and stalls and whatnot for if your feeling like just lounging around but theres still always some doof to found when you want it. In terms of security/cops/dickheads I don't think I've really ever seen any in my experiences. Except for the cops actually they have a big bus in the middle of the festival but don't ever appear to leave it and only seem interested in anti social behaviour (which i never seen any of) I do remember my first year there actually seeing some dude walking right up to a tap next to the emergency area with the cops and ambo's to clean out his nice big glass bong, no one battered an eye lid. I figured it was a good omen for the weekend and to come and it certainly was!!
