I had so much trouble rooting them too, when they were legal... In fact I had trouble with that plant constantly it didn't seem to like anything. It'd look good for a month then go downhill it'd take me 3 months to nurse it back to health and repeat. If it ever was growing it would bolt and stretch out then snap... Hardest most tempremented plant I've ever grown.

I took 3.5m cuttings off a pilosocereus. OI throughthrough a rope over a tree branch tied it about 3/4 of the way up the cut and used a razor sharp machete... Worked like a treat.

Hi ppl I'm trying to find info on glowing mushroom glow kits. i want to set one up for my gfs bday, she'll be stoked if i can have it up and running in a month. My questions are has anyone tried one of these? Can anyone recommend a brand? Will I be able to have them fruiting in a month? I'm thinking of getting a ghost mushrooms since they grow in Australia down south, does anyone know if they'll grow on the sunshine coast through winter? Or are there other sorts I should try and lastly can I grow more than one sort in the same container? I am a total noob when it comes to fung and I'm on a short time frame so any info will be valuable I'm also interested in any glowing spores that will grow through winter.

Didn't end up going ahead with it I'm going to try in a few months when its warmer. Hopefully I'll be able to answer all your questions in a few months.

This is a little off topic but.... I was thinking about plant conciseness the other day when i got some of those sticky seeds stuck to me. Why would a plant evolve like this if it wasn't awar of it's surroundings. The plant would literally have to be aware of not only it's surroundings but of the fact there is animals that can move from one place to another for there to be any use in evolving sticky seed.

The best way to tell if its the spineless one is, you can't see the ariole it just looks like a hole or maybe a tiny bit of white.

I have that spineless scop it does grow spines but once it thickens up the ariole sinks below the skin leaving a hole. Fwiw i believe it to be very "magical"
