probably was a kinda defensive response i do apolagise yesterday was not a good day for me i guess the way you questioned it came across a little more like why would i bother as if you knew better when you were asking advice then you went with my idea anyway i was confused i dunno dude i cant think clearly had a real shitty couple of days ya know just ignore my comment my arguments as to not using that would be there are far to many holes in it and theyre big holes keeping up humidity would be almost impossible its white so the only light getting in there is going to be from the holes and it has no lid you dont wanna be fuckin around with some glad wrap lid buy a clear storage tub drill a shitload of holes in all sides including top and bottom and your done that thing would be more work than drilling holes in a tub so yeh thats just my 2 cents and again sorry for being a rude prick

just buy a plastic tub with a lid and drill the holes yourself would be a much better idea and you do want holes in the bottom to you dont want water sitting in the bottom

after i watched this on tv i thought it would be good to have a copy so i went for a look and downloaded a torrent called bbc's the magic of mushrooms same name ended up being a completely different documentary though and a very good one to i found it on kickass if anyone wants to check it out

they can take a while to root i wouldnt put it in a cupboard but i'd bring it inside i found straight propagating sand or just some coarse stone or sand with a little bottom heat to work well (if you have a heatpad) once roots start to show you can give it a light little spray with some water around the edges once in a while to help encourage more root growth note: i'd still do the same thing without a heatpad

well im sure im on a naughty list somewhere and i have since bought things from overseas no plants or seed but i've never had any phone calls or letters about anything nothings ever even looked like its been opened or tampered with i dont know why they would call you and ask what is in the package if it was something to do with customs they would open it the only reason they would ask whats in it is because they have it opened right in front of them and they want to trick you into saying its something it isnt i was asked what i had been buying and the customs person i talked to had everything right in front of him opened i know he did cos i could hear him rustling through the boxes over the phone pulling things out and reading off the receipts or whatever papers were in any of the boxes even over the phone it was very obvious he had everything there in front of him as he questioned me

yeh postage is always a problem for me being so far south we just have nowhere to buy anything the local hardware is an absolute joke so expensive its cheaper for me to buy stuff online and pay postage fuck the nearest bunnings 120k's away from me haha its pretty shit a 240k round trip to grab a few things from bunnings is a bit much i usually end up having to buy everything online which sucks cos i then have to wait weeks to receive it and i rarely get up to perth anymore might have to get a mate to pick me up a few bags next time they're up there

it still happens all the time when theyre small they dont start off growing in much of a globular form when they are small it takes some time its probably not due to light at all basically its just the way they are give them time and they will fatten up
