This section needs a "show wild finds" thread

I took my, soon to be, 88 year old dad out for a picnic down the south coast recently. He spotted these (although I knew what they were). And the kingfisher (best/only shot I could get). The irony of how much more beneficial these might be in comparison to the daily anti-depressants he takes was not lost on me. Perhaps 88 is too old.
  2. Now ya fucking talking! I'm down. Oh shit I cannot make it.
  3. The wife says shift these damn cacti: Eileen $30: Cuzcoensis $10 and $20: LMP $40:

    Mushrooms shown to treat depression

I find the above statement detracts from an otherwise excellent post.

    Wild cubensis with different properties

They just look a bit old and dehydrated mate. I imagine they were probably pretty 'airy' to begin with considering all the rain down here.

...and glasses and dyed his hair. (but he's not quite as handsome)
  14. Looks like i'll be blessed with more flowers from more varieties than i've ever had before. I'm presuming this is due to the higher than average (whatever that is/was) rainfall this last year. Anyone else got an abundance of flowers on the way? I'll keep the water up and update this when they bloom.

  16. I've noticed some issues with a few of my cacti. Could this be heat stress? They were all in full sun and seemed fine last week, but noticed this variegation on a few - which i've isolated from the rest as a precaution. Close up:

I'm good mate. And no room really or need for another Cliff. Fyzygy can take the win.

The monstrose (sedum?) at the front came from a member on here, the haworthia bunnings, the crassula some other d00d, the thing on the left from some neighbours garden and the weird cactus in the middle, my sister of all people.

    Varigated seedlings (or not)

I think the bend is because the green side is growing whilst the yellow side isn't.

Psilocybin Mushrooms of SE QLD, Australia

Cubes bro. Are the stems staining dark blue where you've bruised them? If so then i'd say its a cert.
