Aw Cheers folx! It was a bit of a quick bash to combine a vision with optical illusions and visionary art. Kind of worked.
Should have mentioned to check it out at full screen for best results

Aw thanks Cheshire, making these type of works has become a very 'unconscious' process and it surprises me when I look back at them at how many layers and subtle, small details I put into some of them.
Cheers Bullit, hope things are well in your world.

Haha, glad you like it peeps... I thought I'd make an only slightly improbable pictogram to replace my avatar on a competing forum.
A childrens book has been in the works for a loooong time... just working out how to make it less than totally subversive ;-)
Yup, I'd probably starve rather than mung Monarch caterpillars... bleagh! But I'll bet they're still not as bad as eating an Ibis.

It is indeed, there is a lot of detail in this one too, somewhere between 700 and 800 layers all up. I would like to have another exhibition but realistically I don't have the capital means to produce the works. The artist fees payed by galleries would cover the printing/stretching cost of about two works of this scale and most galleries would expect at least half a dozen to two dozen images so it's really a pipe-dream at this point.
Ah yes, the movie.... well I thought I had finished it but after watching it on the weekend I'm now of the opinion that it still needs a bit of work. I'm going to assess the whole project in June after I finish a residency I am currently undertaking and make the call to either finish it or sell it off for scrap ;-)
