Gomaos, my hoodia are under a tree which has filtered light for most of the day. They get probably 3 hours of direct sunlight. Planted the seeds in late september, and are nearly one inch (25mm) tall. Ill post a pic of them once I figure out how to! :confused:

yeah, watch that watering. I watered my hoodia seedlings nearly every day and they were really putting on some fat. Then one morning I checked them and two had fallen over. :mad: Looked as though they had been clean cut at the base, which was ringed with brown. the roots had just rotted away. they are in small terracota pots which appeared to dry out completely every day. Anyway watering the surviving three only twice a week now.

Many moons ago a mate of mine would preserve his winter harvest by dropping about a dozen gold tops into a bottle of port, and then cork it - the idea being it would be consumed during the off season. Never found out if the potency was preserved. does anyone know if this method works?

Does anybody know where you can buy mushroom growing Kits with everythings but the spores? Something like mushbox.com offer, but available in OZ?? :confused:

Just wondering with summer coming on fast, if I can put some blood and bone on my T.peruvians and a scop. I replanted them into 300mm pots about 2 months ago with Searles complete cacti and succulent mix. This stuff is supposed to have 9 months worth of fertilizer in it. would I be pushing things a bit if I threw a handful of blood and bone in each pot? The scops about 300mm tall and the peruvians 150mm. :confused:
