If thats bark, then its probably just spray paint (eg marker) or something. The yellow fungi is Heterotextus, probably miltinus.
-
always nice to see fungi popping up. can you take a pic of the mushroom? it could well be, though chances are it probably isnt, libs are a true rare find here, often confused with other species. nevertheless do take a sporeprint is it an old grazing ground there? Qr

Comatus are ok, as they don't contain Coprine which is the chemical that will make you ill. On the other hand, the Common Ink Cap (Coprinus atramentarous) is not strictly poisonous, it will however make you feel very ill if you eat it within 12-24 hours of consuming alcohol. These contain Coprine, a chemical that reacts with alcohol (ethanol) to produce a poison which disrupts the body's neurological functions. It can also produce servere allergic reactions. It can be very unpleasant.

Coprinus comatus should only be used when it is young and fresh, before the gills darken.

If youre caught with a bag of active shrooms, if the cops dont let you off youll be given a court summons in which you will most likely be given a fine and comm service. Being prepared helps. If i hunt i like to wear darker clothes and always carry a black sack/bag so it can be easily hidden. But as ill always say if youre picking and you think the cops are going to interfere, just tip your shrooms out and walk away...
-
I wouldnt suggest doing that, if theyre dried active mushrooms then theres no question about the legality, and if its edible mushrooms you talk about then its definately illegal if you dont declare them. No country will allow you to bring international mushrooms through customs.
