  1. Phaemon's Dog was sort of expecting someone to post this,,,Oh,well no better person to get something to happen than yourself! THE NSW Greens have called for roadside drug testing to be abolished after obtaining classified police documents showing a positive reading does not mean a driver is under the influence of illicit drugs. Upper House MP David Shoebridge said the tests had no lower limit for detection, meaning a person could be found guilty of driving with drugs in their system that may have had no impact on their driving abilities. "Information obtained by the Greens through the freedom of information process has shown that the current roadside drug testing regime is arbitrary, invasive and has no relationship to the impairment of drivers on our roads," he said in a statement. "The NSW police force strongly resisted the release of this information, and it was necessary to undertake an internal review to have the materials released. "The public would have deep concerns that the NSW police force are laying charges, investigating and conducting prosecutions with no information on what exactly is tested for in roadside drug tests or at what levels." The internal NSW Police documents state: "This program does not infer impaired driving or driving a motor vehicle under the influence of a drug. This program detects the presence of an illicit drug in a subject's oral fluid." "Testing certificates received from the Forensic and Analytical Science Service do not disclose quantity as there is no prescribed quantity of drug to be tested for," it continues. The National Cannabis Prevention and Information Centre says marijuana can affect driving ability for up to five hours. "The length of time it stays in your system depends on a lot of things, but in general it may be found in urine for one to five days after occasional use and up to six weeks if you're a regular, long-term user," it says. Drugs such as ice and heroin are much quicker to be flushed out of the body despite being considered more serious forms of illegal drug. Drug testing frequency is set to skyrocket from a current 32,000 tests to 97,000 in 2017 as police ramp up the program. The increase has the Centre for Road Safety's support after its researchers found 195 deaths on NSW roads between 2010 and 2013 involved drivers or riders with at least one of three illegal drugs - ecstasy, speed or marijuana - in their systems. The centre found at least 13% of all road deaths involved a driver with drugs in their system - whether it impaired their driving, or not. Australia has one of the highest rates of marijuana use in the world, with the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare finding 34.8% of people aged 14 or older had used the drug at least once. AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL NEWS - APN Newsdesk Spare a thought for high risk construction workers who are randomly urine tested AS4308 and sacked for a positive 3 days later. 3 days of being "impaired" at work for a joint they smoked a couple of weeks ago. Unfit for work, but perfectly legal to drive home. If you're drunk at work, you are driven home and given two more chances. Because alcohol is legal and cannabis ain't. There is no cut off for an illegal drug the merest trace will do. For cannabis that's 20nanos/ml - 20 ppb - that's like 20mm in 1000km. That's right - like noticing a thumbprint on the medial strip of the highway from Brisbane to Sydney. Not cool is it?
  2. Oh - Someone has really really pissed Pat uri off - forget any contact from the Clan. P's Dog
  3. Ain't you lucky window of opportunity exists. No only soluble salts of zinc. Bye. Blessings. P'sDog
  4. Bless you Olive you are exactly right. Property owners have been screwed by Duty-of-Care laws for decades - in my local Brahmans Society chapter the general feel is anyone on your land is up to no good and can successfully sue you if you don't take reasonable action to get them away. Doesn't mean owner's aren't decent people that would happily let you wander around - it is just peace of mind. We rarely see folk on our properties - and we know everything that goes on. If you could advertise on the pub's bulletin board you will pay for bags of dry manure to be taken as pocket money for the local kids you will be well rewarded. Take them home and water them up covered in tarpaulins - let them heat up in fermentation - and you will be rewarded with flushes of mushrooms and then excellent fertilizer. A couple of winter collected bags of turds turns into near half a tonne of the best growing material ever. I hate the way the paranoia has gone - but it is there, for real. Any local rural school would be pleased to accommodate supply of manure, but permission to enter the property is just too full on these days and really out of mind set. Even paid contractors are in/out only. Hope this helps - best way to profit yourself and the kids and the school and the owners. Regards.

Some you win - some you lose - all's well that ends well. This thread has landed me a really top contact though - All right there, W.? That's a positive. Let the confusion end. Peace to you zed240! I assure you my Clan was here to help and my resources will take any risk for a SAB cause. Perhaps we will trade one day...let there be peace, tolerance and understanding in our forum... honni soit qui mal y pense Sozz - we got off on the wrong foot - haters will hate, huh? The righteous track the positives.
  6. P'sD - bloody glad to hear that, big fella Red! Pity you had to go through all that stress - over f.a. impairment - and "buy" yourself your justice. Yeah one of the defences to drink driving is that you were a police officer, SES officer, medical officer responding to an emergency to save a life. Because alcohol is legal and cannabis ain't. Yet have a trace of the herb in you and you're skrewed - high range impairment...If my life was in peril, personally I'd prefer a stoned rescuer than one who was drunk any day. Top stuff BigRed!

The Pat Uri answers:- Just got a text from the P's Dog and have followed developments with some amusement... Gidday zed240 - how cautious you are and very wise to be. I have my band of warriors in Brisbane always ready for action, stationed now with the GubiGubi people. I myself am in Far Central Queensland managing a cattle property and mixed crops - one of the largest in our region - and with administrative interests have little time; particularly with these cheeky lads that form my crew. I would be interested in fresh Lophophora pollen at anytime you could provide and can offer best prices. Regards. I hope we might renew acquaintanceship under more pleasant circumstances - I think this has really got off on the wrong foot. Pat Uri.

    Rape - Rustica Snuff

...No...Definitely not...I could mention it to Pat Uri, en passant, but I fear you would have little to gain Katu by such a line of inquiry, as it may be considered inappropriate, "culturally insensitive" and insulting. Yours above, would most certainly be a whitey fella repressed race memory from your mitochondrial DNA - as there is no "inner hillbilly" "inside" modern Australian aboriginals to relate to, just because they might observe tribal tradition in modern times. Id est:- They do not kill for pleasure; they do not intervene "karma"; they are not temporarily environmentally aware as a fashionable dictate; and they do not ape utterly foreign cultures because they appreciate a few samples of appropriated commodities. That is frankly hostile thinking. You would do well not to wish to comment on a culture that you don't fully understand, especially in directing such questions to a formal Elder Law Maker, Keeper of Secrets and Medicine Giver like 'Pat Uri' about sacred tobacco. Shall we just say you were a little over enthusiastic and socially excited in your previous deposition? In decency we will forget this ever happened - don't insult yourself with apology - let it go here, move on, and don't do it again. OK - I know Pat Uri is keen on informing you all at forum about making chewing tobacco traditionally especially when we get up to native Aussie stuff that they have long history with. What makes the American so good is their long experience with curing the high pH fire cured tobacco with monosaccharide syrups like corn, maple, cherry, peach, apple, indigenous berry, tree sap syrups.etc. Monosaccharides react with tobacco's amino acids under neutral to high pH and aging to make the advanced flavours of the Maillard's Reaction. Unfortunately excessive heat will cause amines and nitrites to combine to form TSN that cause cancer - hence traditional tech don't use heat, only time...and time is money in the USA. But excess monosaccharides like glucose and fructose are gonna rot your teeth with such long gum contact. So Esteemed Elder Pat Uri has worked on using uncommon monosaccharides like xylitol, sorbitol, mannose, etc. down to the simple polyglycols that still react in the Malliard's Reaction for flavour, but do not feed the tooth decaying bacteria. In fact these exotic sugars poison out the decay bacteria and some, like xylitol, chelate calcium and fluoride back into the teeth to strengthen them. However the Federal Government refuse to allow him permits to continue the studies - "it's still tobacco!" and tobacco is bad...and cigarettes are still the protected industry in Australia. No point saying that if the Federal Government banned cigarettes tomorrow and only permitted TSN carcinogen removed, smokeless for sale there would be a fraction of smoking tobacco related disease in the future... ...However folks remember it is only politicians that hold us back - and it is only votes that make politicians. Politicians would pimp out their own mother if it gave them the votes to get in power...there is much to the doctrine "agitate, educate, organise" get onto your local people, build up a majority and let them know how many votes your clan carry. If they won't listen - like my local Brissy MP young TB - carry them away for another that will listen, MUST listen. Keep the faith! Phaemon's Dog for Clan Pat Uri.

    Rape - Rustica Snuff

Oh Sweet Jesus forgive my sinful soul - I do love American chew tobacco! But by the same Christ I'm not giving ATO $200 for nothing on an import of an $8 12oz packet of Taylor's Pride Apple! They're off their tits charging 25X the face value of an imported product in tax - when its only 33% tobacco anyway. Hear Old Pat Uri has found an argument, from Mining Company's tactic over imposed carbon tax, that apparently there is protection under that law that the Government cannot charge "unreasonably excessive" "usury" tax when it becomes multiples of product face value - their complaining about their tax approaching 2X, so how do ATO get away with 25X? Aus Fed Govt aint gonna pay for your oncologist and chemotherapy when it gives you cancer and they ain't gonna pay for your dentist when your teeth decay from that glucose, fructose rich delicious tobacco chew being in contact with your teeth all day. You'll barely afford treatment yourself having given all that money to ATO! Anyways, in heaven I'll chew A merkin tobacco all day with the angels having no teeth to fall out and spit all the juice down on Canberra! Meantime Katu you are right - its a dirty little pleasure like eating Mcdonalds, drinking over-sweetened root beer and strumming the one stringed banjo to Max Hardcore videos. How American! Gawd Bless d'USA! The very Aussie PhaemonsDog
  14. Now normally I'd say try NSW Crime Commission Assistant Director Senior Officer Mark Standen's glove box...

    Rape - Rustica Snuff

Hey people, it is the PhaemonsDog - I keep forgetting where I'm up to, 'cos of a parallel link with this thread and "traditional tobacco curing tech" over in another topic and not to mention posting to other websites like www.sickpuppy.altporn.org...now, I just made that up! Just concentrating on the snuff - no, not the snuff you find on www.sickpuppy.altporn.org - TOBACCO snuff I realise I haven't even mention how snuff is made. OK - you can crush dried out cigarettes for a fix and take the chance that ATO don't bust you for "manufacturing". But snuff is usually made from fire cured leaf in the raw stage before saucing and casing. You can make your own fire cure by hanging colour cure leaf over a burning mosquito coil in a bin so that little smoke develops the cure. Continue for weeks until the leaf darkens. The smell of coils doesn't stick, its the formaldehyde etc. from the smoke that does the chemistry as the leaf "breathes" i.e. takes in humidity and other gases. Fire cured is very tasty - heat is not enough for too much carcinogen to form - but tobacco is nasty enough without coating it in pyrolysis tar. However you won't be smoking it, but ATO definitely consider this "manufacturing". But theyre more interested in you upgrading its "commercial" worth than your health. American fire cure smoke is very hot because they want it quick and it ends up very carcinogenic. Oriental fire cure is very slow and cool that makes it expensive. Pity, American Copenhagen is the tastiest snus (moist snuff) but the most cancerous. The "a merkins" are into that - unhealthy but very tasty gear - Texas BBQ, triple decked cheeseburgers, drinking straight spirits, porn etc. The largely fire cured is then heavily fermented beyond even cigar tobacco - once, twice and even three times until all the top note "phenolic" perfume is gone. It can be done with heat alone - "toasting" or in combo with high pH "scotching". Personally I don't like my tobacco too processed and I don't like cancer. During grinding some other essential oils are added - take your pick. Stimulating directly the olfactory nerves tobacco is the perfect fixative for any perfume. It only takes traces. Any unscented tobacco can be perfumed by putting a smear of essential oil on a piece of paper and putting it near the tobacco - not on the tobacco because it magnifies the smell. Sieving the totally dried tobacco happens in a unique filter bag that looks like a hammock. The bag is made of 38 thread per centimetre (96 per inch) silk bolting cloth and costs a fortune. Save your money by going to an artist's supply shop and getting polyester silk screen material to make the "ponce" bag. Industrially the bag is the size of a hammock and suspended the same way but at a fifteen degree angle. The bottom end is vibrated and the feed stock dropped in by overhead hopper. The smell is divine! What doesn't sieve through is too coarse and returned to grinding. Yourself would use a much smaller bag to shake it through. The sievings are conditioned back to "dry" 18 to 22% moisture or "moist' 28 to 30% moisture and aged before sale. Yep - ATO consider every step mentioned here "manufacturing" even if you bought the tobacco OTC - but like many laws only illegal if you're caught. OK and bye 4 now. P'sDog.

    Mugwort

Yes Yeti101 - there are many "mugworts" and each can have different affect that depend on where and how it was grown and harvested and aged - its power to command Yang-Qi. The principle is Ai Ye and if it is too strong it will overburden the stomach and upset balance for the Princes must have their entourage so as not to be too bold and demanding. Lord Gan Cao (liquorice) would have most suited to moderate the burden you describe - too much Yin! One agent to one cause is very western - in Tao there must be balance between them all - the greater the repressive force the greater the resistance. How often does the western doctor prescribe one drug to have to consequentially prescribe others to counteract its side effects? Traditionally we think of one Lord, one herald, one army, one restorer and one preventative - no herb is used as a "one off". May you abound in health and thank you for your kind regards to our Clan. Blessings! XiongKi Wang.

    Mugwort

Nee How! From this DonKei Wang Ghost Doctor with Clan Pat Uri:- permit me, if it pleases you, to recall my knowledge of "Ai Ye". It is not an idle boast that "Ai Ye" - Chinese Mugwort - has great stature in Asian Medicine, one of the Exquisite Princes of Essential Herbs. There are many species of Artemisia that can be described as "Ai Ye" but best are those that grow close to patient, that it has thrived in same domain as the source disease to be its cure and conqueror. "Ai Ye" is the horse backed Warrior Prince that 'burns" the cure into the disease. Acupuncture with needle controls Yin-Qi and Yang-Qi is controlled by "Ai Ye" as moxibustion - both techniques work in perfect compliment. Bitter, dry and aromatic mugwort "Ai Ye" directly rides on meridians of Liver, Kidneys and Spleen calling blood up as the army. Works in combination with other herb allies - e.g. With WarLord ginger "Gan Jiang" they master the Triple Heater sending Qi down to Spleen with their army of blood... Forgive - Phaemon's Dog tells me not to go on. He tell me Gentle Readers do not want a lecture in Asian Medical Tao Theory, that would be too weird. In Brisbane I have gathered wild occurring Artemisia verlotiorum during May last year as best "Ai Ye" moxa from the parkland around the CSIRO properties in Sherwood. I have several other species growing in our limited garden but these can never be as powerful as what Heaven will provide locally. Then I have what moxa I buy for general treatment. Still weird - P'sDog insists I keep it simpler although I could write much longer on "Ai Ye". OK - mugwort can be smoked as a substitute for low grade cannabis that actually works - is that better, P'sDog? - where you still want to pass testing. Traditionally it is used orally for fever especially those mosquito borne - well known effective on malaria, but Dengue and Ross River too. If you use it regularly it will increase your energy levels and suppress taxing parasites and malignant, damaged cells. Keep a dream diary as it has unique dream enhancing properties - curiously characteristic these dreams are prophetic and seem to foretell the future. Keeping a diary will give you the empirical evidence you will need to personally prove this for yourself. You won't dream next week's lotto numbers, but significant things that are more than coincidence to you later. That OK, P'sDog? If you request Gentle reader, I could go on...but you must grow much mugwort - of all kinds - for "where its spirit is strong it will grow" and be good medicine for you and yours. Blessings. Doctor DonQui Wang.

Uses of native saps and gums?

P'sDog here - Yeah mobs your way gathered up a Grevilla resin off the flowering buds. Formed it up over heat. It sticks to the skin and burns it in a way that makes nice proud flesh scarring in a controlled manner. This scarring was very pleasing and attractive on black skin - both men and women's business. Will ask the old boy exactly which tribes and the particular species. Important to him because this resin has an unusual long chain alkyl resorcinol - think its called - that can be used like olivetol precursor for certain things...shall say! I'm not the chemist, just the big mouth. This particular alkyl resorcinol only found in Australia. Ok and bye from Phaemon'sDog. PS - thanks SAB mods this forum has the best ever spellcheck dictionary for writing up plants and chemistry.
  19. Phaemon'sdog here - will do some posting next week - postage on me. Please don't worry about "Mexican hairless seeds" us Queensland country bumpkins just have this idea that same sex Victorians dubstep down to their local shop nude 'cept for tattoos, nonchalantly dodging gangland drive-by bullets, pushing past the street heroin hawkers on Harleys to vending machines that dispense crack, ice and rare seeds...and ain't we jealous! PS - I think summoning demons in the living room a good idea - the frigid drop in temperature accompanying their manifestation would save air conditioning costs. PPS - no-one for photos of Pat Uri dancing skyclad?...just imagine a cigar smoking Yowie.

DonKey Wang here - Well that is the rudest thing I have ever seen written by that foulmouthed Dog! On behalf of the Clan I would like to apologise for this - he usually says "cuzz" - but we know what he means! A nasty word for a nasty thing indeed! Certainly if this Mr Shakespeare, who sounds no better, has to resort to using such vulgar language in his writings too he shows us all just how limited his use of the English vocabulary really is! Disgusting! Yours most suitably offended - DonKey Wang.

    Traditional tobacco curing techniques

Pat Uri has told me to keep up with you Psilo. That looks plenty sexy to me - not too red that indicates poisonous nor-nicotine. Keep it hangin' I'm sure a few cycles of Old Sydney Town dry/moist humidity will do it good. However growing so close to the coast and use of chlorinated tap water irrigating might have introduced enough chlorine to cause this - it won't hold fire and be good smoke, but who needs that? Will still make good and wholesome chew. Always OK for shisha. Was that harvested pre-September? I know a good fella like yourself didn't grow that in Aus - image, it must have come foreign from one of your many brothers. Keep hanging - but curious to know if it is sweet or burns on the lip? This will indicate how to strip and prepare for next curing to bring out the perfume - ie fermentation. Brazen orange is good - in a bright leaf strain - cherry red very bad. Still plenty of time to sow the good seed. Keep growing the good shit, and keep ahead. Most High multiply your blessings. Respect! Psilo! P'sDog of Scabies/Clan Pat Uri.

    Traditional tobacco curing techniques

Gidday there BeerAlternative! This term actually came to us from the great USA political Father himself (and his dynasty) - we had never used it before - when he declared to the world that "I am proud to be a merkin - and I know you are proud to be a merkin too". That is what he said, and seeing as his name was Bush - now it makes sense! - we respectfully have referred to them that way since, by his request and actions. When speaking to them, I have never been corrected, in fact, they are endeared by the use of the term verbally...Literally they must think it a spellcheck error. In the grand tradition, Kim Il Sung followed by Kim Jong Il and George Bush followed by George Bush, the term "a merkin" has continued to cover up the activities of an open, "shaved off" C**NT - in the English. Sorry there readers - that is a "nasty word" for a "nasty thing" - I know I'm gonna get warned over this - but it is a proper English word (from the Celtic "cwynt" geographic moisture pocket in a valley between two small hills, specific landform in postglacial country noted by early hunters as a trap for game) and was even used by Shakespeare, several times - but never to describe USA involvement in world affaires, just the interference of an old bitch in letters to ruin other people's lives from a safe distance (Beaucrat, examining correspondence handwriting:-"Yes it is She,; from her C, U 'n' T,; from underneath which, She,; does forth her great P"...something like that). I really hate using that nasty word, off construction site, but such an ancient English word can not be lost from the vocabulary - for how else will our future generations describe the pre-Obama USA? Messer Bush? Camp X-ray? Abu Ghraib? "War-on-Drugs"? USA led GFC? etc. etc. etc. Certainly not in terms that might get confused with historical King Knut - who thought his government's law would turn back the sea's tide or else arrest the ocean for treason...that is a different matter. Sheet! better get back to tobacco before I get the CIA up me bum. Yeah Twist - sozz to take the piss out you - but flue cure and fire cure make tasty tobacco but are the conditions that make it carcinogenic. Tabacum itself doesn't have much carcinogen - its abundant pyridine, et.al. alkaloids and precursor react with nitrates and nitrites from partial protein degradation to the Tobacco Specific Nitrosamines when heated. These TSNs are guaranteed cancer - in fact you can do it as a cruel experiment. Tape flue cured or fire cured tobacco to my "Tony Abbott" the Rabbit ears and in three weeks you'll find squamous cell carcinoma on the skin/tobacco contact. ("Tony Abbott" my Liberal Rabbit is with "Bronwyn" my Guinea Pig one of our pets - they sleep together in the same hutch) Such rodents have fast metabolism so weeks are like months in the human in vivo study. I have never done this - Pat Uri in the 50s, 60s, 70s, did proving something was wrong with modern tobacco, even today Big Tobacco executives swear on the bible to the best of their knowledge flue cure and fire cure tobacco does not cause lung et.al. cancer...Pat Uri assures me that King Satan himself keeps them 12 special little thrones in Kingdom Hell awaiting for their souls to torture to Doomsday. A merkins use flue cured in their cigarettes and fire cured in their "snuff" but their "snuff" is not to sniff, it is for oral use, hence confusion. Still LOADED with TSN a fact a merkins companies have ignored in spite of world condemnation. Positive - a merkin FDA has JUST approved Swedish TSN-free snus for sale on their hallowed territories in USA. It took 5 years of intensive trials to find something wrong with carcinogen free Swedish snus, all the resources of American Tobacco to resist it, but finally it can no longer be stopped from USA availability. Enjoy and keep wisdom! Funny that Respected Snoop Doggy Dog got to sell his 420 product first (First! suckers!) - Jah Bless him! Jah bless him again! And thrice blessed by Most High Jah be that Dog! - Praise Him! - before TSN reduced tobacco got available to USA. What enlightened times we live in- how far you have come America - shine on. Traditionally cured tobacco is remarkably free of TSN - not magic, just no heat for haste makes waste and cancer. More soon, I promise. Be healthy and happy to your last days beautiful readers, and may those last days be long time far away! Regards - Phaemon's Dog.
