I'd like to start a blog some how to record my struggles with the various addicitons I've had over the years and the reasons I figure they are part of me in the first place. Is there a simple way to start a blog? any suggestions? bloody poppy plant derivatives have me by the nuts currently and I cant get hold of the plant medicines known to help with this. I've been in contact with some guy in africa who just seems super suspect wanting western union transfers etc for hcl extracts. I just don't trust it. So im stuck looking at the 'program' which im not that keen on as i dont want to just get stuck on that forever. boo fucken hoo I guess. I don't feel sorrhy for mhyself really though. A 'loading' image gets stuck over the new content page for me. Sometimes two or three of em. I am using an android phone with the default browser... this problem was evident with another phone I recently was using.. also default / stock browser on android. Anyone else getting this problem or just me?

One is too many and a hundred is not enough.. If you are alcoholic then having one will kick in the craving baby! Trying control drinking is a good way to work out if you are in fact alcoholic... try to only have max two standard drinks a day with two alc' free days a week - see if you can do that for a year with no exceptions... id reckon you arent alcoholic if you can pull that off. Im an alcoholic. I dont drink anymore. No way I could do the above. I drank cause it made me feel better to begin with... then I drank cause I had to... I had lost the power of choice over that! Alcohol withdrawal is very serious shit and it is suggested that if you have been drinking regularly then a supervised and probably medicated withdrawal is the way to go. Seizures are not funny and can be life threatening.

Red clover. I used to collect this for my mum when she went through menopause. Ended up she would send me out hunting if she ran low, it worked that good for the flushes and stuff... I could ask her for a write up on how much it helped if you really want darklight? But yeah red clover flowers, dried and steeped as a tea a few times a day. :-)
