    If this is what I think it is - a very large Vulnerable species of wattle from the Northern Rivers/SEQ -then I have a large number growing - they are very slow (even on the best of sites) and seed must be fresh to germinate...

    I hope somebody ended up growing these Dunn's White Gums - seed is worth in excess of $30K/kg
  8. I am very interested in the two native Cinnamomum sp. in Northern NSW - Oliver's Sassafras - C. oliveri and the Red Barked Sassafras - C. virens.

    They can take in excess of a year to germinate. I have had the lowland variety germinate within 6 months though. A friend collected some of the highland variety about 11 months ago - they germinated en-masse over the last couple of weeks.
