Just LOL... Derren brown is a champion.

Not sure if its a cuzco or peruvianus. What do you think?
-
Cereus peruvianus monstrose Whats going on here then? Here's another like yours MOSES. Where it is darker green was absolutely covered in scale. Scrubbed it all off with a dust pan brush. Is there such a strain that doesn't have ribs? Like the rounded limbs of bridgesii monstrose only columnar like pachanoi.

$355... Faaaarkin ell. Which one of you bought it then?

Theres your problem.. You NEED gas exchange. Not AIR exchange but GAS exchange. The myc needs to breathe, but not be exposed to flowing air. During the incubation stage they like high CO2 Levels but not overly high. As your myc colonizes your substrate draws in oxygen. If this doesn't happen they'll stall for sure. Does that make sense?

1.) It was sold to me as "Unknown". I grabbed it because i thought it was T.peruvians of some sort. When i got it, it was one cactus with two colums. One day i found it on its side snapped in 3 places. Hence all the pups. 2.) These were sold to me as T.spachianus.

My vascular's are fine they say, loving this warm weather. Thanks for asking.

I would advise against this idea. Have you tried turning them upside down? In my experience myc will grow better when too dry rather than too wet. How's you're gas exchange also?

Cheers buddy but they're a bit out of my price range. This is the progress so far. Thanks to twenny47 for the design. Its so beautifully simple. I didn't imagine cross pieces to be so hard to find though. -

Alrighty then. Got every piece but one for the construction of the greenhouse. I'm after 4 of these. PVC Cross 25mm. I'v searched high and low for these but no one seems to sell them anymore. If anyone has any knocking around the place and can spare a few it would be most appreciated. Or if anyone has seen them somewhere i have yet to look, Please please let me know. Cheers big ears. JD -
