    Cactus sap

Read once that all cactus contain mescaline, some more than others Have not seen or heard of cactus sap, apart from a euphorbia which is not a cactus, but like to keep an open mind.

  5. This thread of the same name, was posted by Evil Genuis in 2015 and searched, but could not find it. I thought this cactus was a Terscheckii, but was told it was a Trichocereus WK. She said that it did not grow very tall and that it was like a watermelon inside, since it broke off, I know what she was talking about, as the core is very small. She could tell what it was by looking at it, yet I do not know these traits and would like to know how to distinguish .

    Tricho flowering

Not sure about this and have wondered myself, as you said you plants are 12 years old. I always thought it was about that age that they started flowering, maybe not. I have some Schickendantzii that never flowered for about 30 years, until I shifted them to a place that got full sunshine and they flowered straight away.

    Slug and snail control

Have tried many methods of slug and snail control, without using pellets and have read about making a spray using dead slugs, that releases nematodes to destroy slugs and snails. Am wondering if others have used this method with any success.

    Slug and snail control

Have though my garden Rosemary and Lavender bushes, that I have because apparently slugs and snails do not like the smell of these bushes. It may be a deterant, but they have not buggered off.

    Grafting seedlings

Have not tried grafting seedlings, but hear it can encourage growth.
  14. They have found out that people driving with medical cannabis in there system, have also lost there jobs. It should be treated as any other medication, like a lot of other laws, it hasn`t been thought through properly and hopefully things will change.

    Tarantino

    I still like his work.

    Tarantino

It troubles me that the Weinstein`s were involved in many of his movies and wonder if the final scene in hateful eight was to appease them or himself. Would like to hear which side of the fence he stands on with A.I, as scripts and actors play a big part in his movies. One day a film will be made about it and it will be called Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, wait, that title has already been used.

    Watering

99% of my cactus, I don`t water over the winter months. Tylencoden Wallichiii is part of the 1% that is watered only over the winter months, not a euphorbia and no water over the summer months, when it looses its leaves.

    Id help

Am trying to id plants that were gifted to me, 2 might be a terscheckii, the other might be some sort of Aloe. The original owner had no idea either.

    Id help

Thanks, the aloe thingy does have bumps, which gives me a starting point. They are all now in pots with soil and I will do further research.
