    Surprisingly not it was in a well maintained paddock as it transitioned down towards the dam. ended up being 6.2g dried

    Taking your advice from last season I had a look at the bottom of the range and sure enough the season has started. Got a few Cubes and my first Cyans!

    Plenty of Fungal activity in the Woodford area. Had more than enough rain but still no sign of Cubes in any of my usual spots.

    Been seeing Toadstools popping up everywhere last two days thought I'd check a local spot. Looked great from afar but no Cigar, not a Goldtop in sight. Signs for a season to come though maybe, When do you expect first flush RC?

    After the heat of the weekend and the downpour this afternoon I dare say the season is starting around Woodford. Also congrats on the book RC I'm definitely ordering a copy now thanks for all your work helping the SEQ community

    Spore Print for those interested without the flash on. With the flash though the lines blur it definitely enhances the dark dark pink/deep purple colour of spore itself

    I have tried both dehydrator and room temp air drying with a fan and can say just as RC did that there is no potency loss. If anything it is will help prevent over moist specimens from potential mould with the rapid drying method. I have already dried my find from today and have split it up into 0.2g portions for micro dossing this will be my first trial at this usually I’m a heroic dose 1-2 times a year type but I will give it a shot and report back.

    40min or walking through trusted paddocks and I stumbled across these beauties. Some of the largest I have ever come across. Pins aplenty hopefully there are some more good flushes to come if the rain keeps up

    Will definitely be going out again tomorrow, This is from my last success on the tail end of last season. Hope I'm more lucky this year

    You where right man still a little too early. Bunch of panaelous antillarum flushing all around so that’s a good start at least.

    Weathers feeling just about right..... Have to go check my favourite spot just outside Woodford tomorrow morning fingers crossed we have some luck
