Sorry this is probably the wrong topic, but I found this bizzar light fixture at a tip. Does anyone know what it is or how it works? It doesnt appear to have any ventilation which is surprising considering it looks to house a hps or other excessively hot bulb. Kindly, HY Edit: The picture could help... -
