Thanks for your input mate.
Id say you hit the nail on the head. Ive never tried to grow a desert/arid based plant before and I do have a bad habit of giving plants too much attention.

So.....4 years later, has anyone got any more to add on the growing side?
I germinated my seeds (Petalostylis Lab.) in a quite sandy mix with a bit of perlite and a little potting mix thrown in. Pretty much every seed germinated, but after producing the dicot leaves, they are starting to become weak it seems.
I'm gonna try the paper towel method on the rest of my seeds. Regardless of content, Im quite keen to grow one of these. Not sure why, just drawn to it for some reason

Bad luck Donnie. Missed it by a minute.

As a Xmas gift and a belated introduction to the Corroboree, I have 300 mixed loph seeds from Koehres to give away.
Seeing as I have exactly 6 envelopes and 6 stamps left, I'll make 6 packets x 50 seeds.
Apologies to the international members but Im gonna have to make it just Oz for this one.
So.... the first six interested members to post here can have them.
Cheers

Ahh point taken mate.
Think more before I type in future perhaps
If any one is interested in the seedlings I'll have them until the end of the week then I sadly must get rid of em, which would be a shame.
EDIT : removed the offending words from the earlier post to keep everyone happy

Hey BT
Thanks for the friendly reminder. Appreciate the concern.
Unfortunately lots of things that I find fun and interesting in good ol WA are illegal arent they.... I pretty much keep myself to myself and dont bother anyone else with my hobbies Discretion seems to be the key, at least I think and hope so hehe.

Hey everyone.
I have some datura strom (2) and brug suaveolens (4) seedlings I decided against growing coz of little kids n little dogs. All about 2 inches and seem healthy enough so far. Also four hibiscus sabdariffa seedlings too. If anyone's interested a trade would be nice but definitely not a condition as otherwise they'll go in the rubbish.
I'm chasing the usuals. Khat, M.hostilis, interesting trichs, or anything else interesting. Seeds, cuttings whatever.
Have various seeds too, but will have to check what's there.
Enjoy your weekend
Cheers. -

Hi all.
New to entheogens in general but especially growing. Planted some acuminata and maidenii (soaked 24 hrs in boiled water, no scarification) seeds a couple of weeks ago. Outdoors but in a propagating tray. Im in the west here and its still quite cool and wet. They are in about half light, maybe similar amount to being in a window. So.....assuming the seeds are viable and I planted them properly (followed WWW instructions?), what sort of time frame should I be expecting to see some signs of life?

Are you anywhere near the Denmark fire? Purely a uneducated guess but maybe that's creating weird weather activity. If not, then yeah, obviously sharks.
