I just might have to give this a go when i get my ebb and flow up and flowing Im thinking basing nute solutions from vegetative growth parameters of cannabis(info on overgrow.com)for the kratom....like a 10-10-5 mix maybe What ph do would these guys thrive in? same as cannabis too?

So for those who have phlebophylla they are currently trying to cultivate: What type of fertilizers are being used? Anyone tried a good organic mix? Worm castings, kelp, etc...nice 'non burning' ferts Just curious..... And to clarify: Has anyone been able to keep cultivated specimen alive?

What does Cathinone break down to(with age)? cathine?

Both seem to fair alot better when germinated with pea innoculant.......... Scabrella needs to be scarified to germinate and the anandenanteras have to be fairly fresh to be viable(i've had seed as old as 3 months germ., think once they get too dry they lose viability..) They both enjoy direct to semi direct light, good drainage helps avoid dampening off in the start of their life....after they get to be a year old or so this becomes less of a concern..... hope that helps

saw some original 'Haze' G. anga seed germ after 10 years in a basement(in a box of books)......... No wonder its considered a weed

Just picked up that book the other day... What an excellent book! :D Soo much info all in one volume, its amazing..... Highly recomended......

My friend tells me the established vendor with the e. novo is the real deal.......less he is still selling them out of season(making seeds too old to be viable)......but maybe the people who say they were 'ripped off' didnt understand how to germinate the seeds? i dunno...either way all erythroms are hard to find

Well I live in "zone five" of usa.......gets pretty darn cold(0 to -10 Farenheit) Never bothered to try and keep my woodrose outside....but i did have one by a drafty window this last year and it seemed to have caught a draft and died......i dont think it could have gotten below 30degF......... how cold are your winters? Everything I've read that gives a 'zone' to woodrose says zone 9...which is 20 to 30°F or -7 to -1°C hope that helps
