  1. I really don’t mind too much. But it does kill the top metre for the last two years. It’s kinda keeping them all at the same height.

just kinda curious as to what effects and whether this is feeding behaviour or addictive behaviour?

  2. So at what point does this turn from eating for food to this possum just being an addict? Bastard keeps stripping the top metre of the trees. Leaves the red alone for the most part, but smashes the planthelpers.

oMfG! That was such a head duck trying to get the photos to orientate correctly from an iPhone. No matter which way they were orientated they wouldn’t orientate straight. They were either lying on the side left or right or upside down. In the end I had to screen shot my own photos and then they orientated correctly. Why Apple why!!!!!

  4. Planthelper is from what I understand a cross between the red wide leaf and the narrow leaf variety. The seeds throw green and red, narrow and wide leaves seedlings. And the plants I have are far more vigorous than the red or narrow. And gets loaded heavily with seed every year. Whereas the red doesn’t grow as bushy or vigorous and Sets a lot less seed.

  5. I find mine take atleast two months from flower to splitting. Maybe even 3 months. I don’t pay that much attention. The seeds generally stay it the pods. But as soon as some open, you can pick the rest and they’ll split as they dry. Does anyone want planthelper seeds? I can send some fresh ones out for free  aslong as u, in turn send some of them out to others for free. That’s my price.

  6. Good eye, first from left is Eileen. Then next is a seed grown monstrose/crest from nitrogen’s seeds. I forget the exact cross but it has bridgesii spikes. The next large one is a seed grown icaro. Then a seed grown yowieXpsycho0, then Kai, then psycho0 and last is another Eileen. And the front row is all TBM’s
