[moderator: this posts gives incorrect legal advice. please see post 25 for details] spore prints of any genus are 100% legal to import into australia provided they have the correct documentation accompanying them as are alot of plants an seeds deemed a no go by most the majority of people are not aware of this though some are an choose not to share that information , as far as spore prints go only one public company provides this documentation to any non licenced researcher worldwide ( you and your microscope) if research is your goal then you will not have an issue provided you have the correct documentation

i stand by everything i say , order arrived only 6 days ago 'pachanoi 2' 21.3cm was infected from base to 2/3 and was promptly disposed of , now this was ordered from the sab store so id presume it came from them yes ? if it didnt im sure im not the only one who would like to no where else sab sold plants are comming from thought im pretty sure this is not the case comment was stating fact from my point of view there is no issue or agenda in no way did i mean the sab store delibratly knowingly sent out infected plants as the tone of your post suggests but the fact that they have is indeed sloppy imo lets not go down the nationalsozialismus route ok cause we both no where it ends you lose

yep , me to on the 'pachanoi 2' ditched it not gonna let the sloppy work of others potentially ruin my patch sending out diseased plants has become all to common for the sab store this year such a shame that standards have slipped no idea why though

Diatomaceous earth to 1 litre water mist once or twice a week , apply the powder dust to base of plants if needed to kill infestation , gnats etc also apply around inner base of GH an vent ports after prelonged 1-2 months use will clear almost any an all bug flies mozzies snails catterpillas from area in most places well it has in my experiance anyway you may have to use more depending on how "tropical" your GH enviro is , also kills all natural helpful insects that come into conatct with it though my GH is a no bug zone period put up a few sticky traps always in any home GH really depends on your antural enviroment if your in a mozzie plague area no matter what you do wont get rid of them
