BushCactus Posted September 19, 2025 bruce is a lovely clone, it took mine 4 years after planting to finally throw some monstrose pups, the main column went 4 winds after starting as a monstrose cutting, why do monstroses revert to normal growth soo much after rooting them out ? i cant work it out, is it too much ? or is just what they do, any insight would be welcome Quote Link to comment

Sometimes it's a genetic response to an infection. It would be hard to know without doing intensive genetic analysis of every monstrose cultivar... Nobodies going to do that. Quote Link to comment
