Halcyon Daze Posted July 22, 2022 Nice What strain we looking at here? Share this comment Link to comment
fyzygy Posted July 23, 2022 Good question. Foliage is usually a lot more red than this. New bark a deep red too. So I've always assumed it to be "red" variety. Share this comment Link to comment
withdrawl clinic Posted August 12, 2022 nice pics, they are quite mature specimens, congrats! probably a seedling, a x between green and narrow? definately not a pure red, but could have red genetics in it. Share this comment Link to comment
fyzygy Posted August 12, 2022 I'm fairly confident the small plant I originally received was a rooted cutting, not a seedling. I've uploaded some pics of the same plant, cloned, with characteristic red foliage. I'm not sure why the mother tree is so green this year -- it was overshadowed by some ferocious racehorse trees, and probably received a lot more rainfall this season than usual. withdrawl clinic Posted August 27, 2022 all cuttings start off as a seedling at one stage, this picture features quite likely a planthelper, a x between vienna white and narrow leaved!! Share this comment Link to comment
