A decade+ old Cycad (prehistoric type Australian ferny thing),   I'm not sure if its a male or a female,   its bearing seed so that means female yeah?

There is two of them and they're both different (i think ones male and ones female) - the other one shot a long cock-like fruit salad looking pod thing (no noticable seeds)
This one shot a big golden orb (totally different), now the orbs starting to open a bit and its full of those pink seeds/nuts.

Interesting, and aesthetically pleasing too. 30-40cm cycads at bunnings are like $150 - this bastard would be worth a fortune.

Does anyone know about propagating?  I'll google it,  but maybe someone knows first hand?

I would imagine theyd be a monocot and reproduce from seed maybe even need smoke water to imitate bush fire, google would be more useful than my 2c. Nice looking specimen

Might be something different altogether, but these remind me of what we used to call burrawang nuts.

As kids we used to risk being spiked by the leaves and scruff around in the leaf litter under the plants looking for fallen nuts. They used to rattle a bit in their shells which was cool.

I think they might be Macrozamia sp. and I've heard that they're quite poisonous.

Beautiful plant!
