Ephedra sinica seedling (?)

only been at ephedra for a few months but i noticed they usually make 2 long cotyledons ...

I havent had any success with sinica yet tho - so I can't fully confirm ...

I think mine is just a bogus grass or maybe something ate one of the cotyledons... Keeping my fingers crossed, I still have a lot of seeds.

aye , never give up ... one day it'll be scored ...

although I'm beginning to think I might score a live sinica plant before my shot at hatching seedlings occurs  ...

looks like a monocot (grass) and I reckon that media is far to wet.

 

Well it has put out a second cotyledon, and I have plenty of weeds in the garden but I haven't seen any that looks like it. I'm leaning more and more towards it actually being ephedra, time will tell I guess
