To hazard a guess... Looks like longifolia, rupicola and dealbata/spectabilis. if these plants were in SA i'd be certain but there may be similar looking species in NSW with different names. The last is a weed in sa.
I walk among men as among fragments of the future: of the future which I scan.
And it is all my art and aim, to compose into one and bring together what is fragment and riddle and dreadful chance.
And how could I endure to be a man, if a man were not also poet and reader of riddles and the redeemer of chance!
To redeem the past and to transform every 'It was' into an 'I wanted it thus!' - that alone do I call redemption!
Thus spoke Zarathustra.

2. A. ulicifolia
3. A. irrorata

No1 is A. longifolia if i had to guess....
do you live in an area where A.disparima or A.concurrens grow naturally? leaf structure looks similar to these 2 as well but not sure how they bloom.

the little bit what i know, of some acacias is that they often flower after rains, and not when the literature say's they flower.
not to say, that this has merit, for this discussion, but it's good to know, if you wanna collect seeds, or see the flowers. :)
don't resent!

I live in the hunter too. I'm seeing "Type 1" all along the F3 and New England.
Going to get a small sample on the way home tomorrow to take a photograph.
I think theres at least 2 different species, one looks very shrub like.
